5 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward John Collins posted 17 points, 14 rebounds, four blocks, one triple, and one steal in a 122-115 loss to the Houston Rockets. It's Collins' third double-double since returning from his suspension. The 22-year-old has stepped up as a defender this year, smashing his previous career-highs with 2.0 blocks and 0.9 steals per game. Collins is due for even better numbers, as he's currently shooting a career-low 57.1 percent on two-pointers, where he's usually a bit more efficient. Collins will take on the Wizards Friday in a battle of two top-five teams in terms of pace of play.--Tim Capurso
