3 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward John Collins received a $7.7 million qualifying offer from the team on Thursday, making him a restricted free agent. Collins played relatively well last season and was instrumental in helping the team reach the Eastern Conference Finals, where he averaged 13.8 points and 9.5 boards throughout the six games against Milwaukee. The 23-year-old rejected an extension during the year, and it's probable he receives plenty of offers moving ahead.
