6 years agoAtlanta Hawks power forward John Collins kicked off the preseason on Monday with a very efficient game, scoring 18 points in 20 minutes on 8-for-14 shooting against New Orleans. He also had three rebounds, two assists, and one steal. Collins was one of the few bright spots for Atlanta last season and he's set to develop even further following a solid rookie year which had him averaging 10.5 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He'll be a nightly double-double threat if he can get his minutes up. Collins averaged just 24.1 minutes per game last season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
