3 years agoAtlanta Hawks power forward John Collins scored a season-high 31 points during a double-double performance in Sunday's loss to the Hornets, shooting 12-for-22 from the field and 2-for-4 from downtown with a 5-for-5 effort at the charity stripe. He secured his sixth double-double of the season with 12 rebounds and Collins completed his line with four assists and two turnovers. This was a rare game without any defensive stats for Collins. The Wake Forest product should have another good outing on Monday against the Timberwolves, who tend to give up a lot of rebounds to power forwards and whose defensive numbers against the position aren't too good.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
