6 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward John Collins (ankle) had a non-surgical procedure on Oct. 8, but will miss the first three games of the regular season. Collins will be re-evaluated on October 22, so that means he can't play to start off the regular season. Collins underwent an MRI which revealed mild inflammation and soreness in his left ankle. The Hawks aren't going to rush him back to the court, so fantasy owners might be without Collins for possibly the first month of the season. Alex Len, Miles Plumlee, and Omari Spellman should see increased playing time.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
