John Wall Drops Season-High 40 Points In Win
6 years agoWashington Wizards point guard John Wall put together a massive stat line during Sunday’s win over the Los Angeles Lakers, finishing with a season-high 40 points to go along with 14 assists, six rebounds, three steals and two blocks. The scoring explosion comes just over a week after he had a one-point outing against Cleveland on Dec. 8. In addition to the points, it marks the third consecutive game in which Wall has dished out double-digit assists, bringing him up to 8.9 per game which would be his lowest total since 2013-14, but still ranks as third in the league this season. With Washington needing to turn up their play, owners should benefit from Wall going wild like he did Sunday.
