5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies center Jonas Valanciunas scored eight points with 11 rebounds in just 20 minutes of action in the loss to the Kings on Thursday. Valanciunas was on the bench when his club made a rally after being down 15 and this led to Brandon Clarke registering a similar line of eight points and 11 rebounds to go along with two blocks in 25 minutes. With the Grizzlies in playoff contention, JV owners are in safe mode, but, if this changes, we can expect Clarke to be fully unleashed in Memphis, making him a speculative trade target in all formats.--Gianni Costantiello
