Jonas Valanciunas Makes The Most Of His Opportunities
6 years agoToronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas came off the bench and played well Monday night against the Charlotte Hornets. Valanciunas had 17 points hitting seven of eight his shots. Also in the game, Valanciunas had 10 boards with two blocks and two steals. This was the second game for Valanciunas shooting above 60 percent from the field. The Minnesota Timberwolves will be the next opponent for Valanciunas and the Raptors. The Timberwolves have a bigger lineup than most teams with centers Karl Anthony-Towns and Gorgui Deng and power forward Taj Gibson. With the bigger lineup of the Timberwolves, Valanciunas should get even more playing time and be a solid DFS play on Wednesday.
