4 years agoCleared from the league's health and safety protocols and playing for the first time since January 16th, Memphis Grizzlies center Jonas Valanciunas scored 23 points on 9-for-11 shooting in Saturday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. In addition, he grabbed seven rebounds and blocked a shot. Valanciunas also posted two assists and was 2-for-2 from three. He'll play the Raptors on Monday, who allow opponents to grab the 12th-most rebounds in the NBA while shooting the 16th-highest percentage from two-point range. The bigger issue for Valanciunas from a fantasy perspective isn't the matchup, though. It's that he came off the bench in this one and could be splitting minutes now with Xavier Tillman and Gorgui Dieng in a way that limits his productivity some nights.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
