McLaughlin has logged double-digit minutes totals off the bench over Minnesota's past 19 outings, with his absence likely to funnel more minutes and ball-handling duties in the direction of Patrick Beverley and D'Angelo Russell. McLaughlin's season totals have dipped to just 3.1 points and 2.9 assists per game, with his overall shooting percentage down to just 38%.
