3 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Jorge Lopez pitched well in Sunday's 9-6 loss to the Rays. Lopez pitched 6 innings, allowing two runs on four hits (including a solo home run) and two walks with five strikeouts. However, the bullpen ultimately could not protect the lead. Lopez has struggled overall this season, compiling a 5.75 ERA, 1.60 WHIP, and 20.2% strikeout rate over 23 starts. His next start will be a tough one at the Red Sox, but Lopez should be avoided in all fantasy formats regardless of matchup.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
