Giddey has emerged as a stat sheet stuffer during his rookie campaign, having amassed 10.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 6.1 assists across his first 30 professional contests. Favors has played a sparing role in the frontcourt for OKC, snagging just 4.9 boards per outing, which is on pace to set a new career low. Giddey's absence opens up more playmaking opportunities for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luguentz Dort, while Kenrich Williams will likely see a bump in minutes; Favors' absence paves the way for Mike Muscala and Isaiah Roby to hold down the center spot for the time being.--Jesse Borek
