3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers small forward Josh Hart had far and away the best offensive night of his career to this point during Saturday's victory over Washington. Hart, whose previous career high in scoring was 30 points, sizzled en route to a 44-point performance on 15-for-21 shooting overall. To cap off one of the more all-around impressive fantasy outings this year from any individual player, Hart added eight rebounds, six assists, six made threes, and four steals, all while knocking down all eight free throws that he attempted. With Portland enormously short-handed down the stretch, Hart is going to have substantial upside over the final month-plus. He figures to remain the focal point of the offense Monday against the Hawks, who enter Sunday with the fourth-worst defensive efficiency in the league.--Jesse Borek
