Josh Hart’s Second-Half Fantasy Outlook
7 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Josh Hart has seen his fantasy value significantly increase since the start of the regular season. After a rough start to the 2018 campaign, Hart has found a path to semi-consistent and effective production. Though he is only averaging 6.3 points per game this season, he has turned it on in the month of February, averaging 12.3 points, eight boards and shooting 58 percent from the field. When called upon, he has filled in nicely for the routinely injured rookie guard Lonzo Ball and appears to have locked up a significant role off of the bench moving forward. With newly acquired guard Isaiah Thomas and Ball both each having histories of being injury prone, it is not out of the question for Hart to see some more time starting at the one spot as the season progresses. With guard Jordan Clarkson now out of the picture, and guard Tyler Ennis serving no threat to his time, or so it seems, Hart should continue to provide seasaw production in the second-half of the year.
