Josh Jacobs Held Out Of Practice Thursday
4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs (knee, illness) was sidelined for Thursday's practice as he deals with both an illness and a lingering knee ailment. The move is somewhat concerning in light of having been a full practice participant Wednesday, in addition to the signing of veteran running back Theo Riddick to the active roster. Jacobs has been the Raiders bell-cow back this season, having carried the ball a career-high 31 times last Sunday. His matchup against the Chargers Defense this Sunday may prove to be stiff, as Los Angeles has yielded just two rushing touchdowns this year. The move back to the injury report is certainly worth keeping an eye on for those fantasy managers interested in Jacobs as an RB2 or DFS option versus L.A.
