Josh Jacobs Makes Most Of Opportunities In Week 1
2 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs rushed for 57 yards on 10 carries while adding one reception for 16 yards in a Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Jacobs ran well in this one averaging 5.7 yards per carry. Fantasy managers will want more than 11 opportunities going forward, but this efficiency is encouraging to see. The Raiders' offense struggled with sacks and turnovers in this game, so it was tough to establish a rhythm on the ground. The bright side for Jacobs is only one other running back saw a touch in this one, as Brandon Bolden saw just three carries. Jacobs should continue to lead the team in rushing in what looks to be a bounce-back opportunity against the Cardinals in Week 2.
