5 years agoOakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs had a productive day on the ground versus the Packers on Sunday, picking up 124 yards on 21 carries. He added another 10 yards on three catches as the team tried to play catch up in the 42-24 loss. Jacobs was fed several times on the goal line, including a fourth-down play, but was unable to punch it through to keep the game close in the third quarter. The rookie set a new high in YPC (5.9) on his young career as the offense continues to rely on him to carry the lion's share of the backfield load. Jacobs will be a solid RB2 play in Week 8 when the team travels to Houston to take on the Texans shaky defense.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
