2 years agoYahoo Sports' Charles Robinson suggests that the Las Vegas Raiders will be going with a situational committee approach in their backfield this year, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see the position get entirely revamped next offseason with Josh Jacobs in a contract year in 2022. New head coach Josh McDaniels comes over from the New England Patriots, where they often employed a committee approach to their backfield that gave fantasy managers fits. This could be similar with Jacobs, pass-catching back Kenyan Drake, rookie Zamir White and Brandon Bolden all involved on a weekly basis. The writing was on the wall when the Raiders declined Jacobs' fifth-year option, and it was further solidified when they drafted White. With all that said, Jacobs should now be considered a low-end RB2/high-end RB3 in fantasy drafts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
