5 years agoWhen the Oakland Raiders face the Houston Texans on Sunday, the Raiders are expected to have running back Josh Jacobs (shoulder) ready to go and to have wide receiver Tyrell Williams (foot) return to the field. Jacobs remains a must start option, but Williams is the interesting one here. If he has a full workload against a susceptible Texans secondary, then he should be in line for a big game. He's a bit of a boom-or-bust option this week, but if you need the upside and have a spot in your lineup, then there are definitely worse options.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
