4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks second baseman Josh Rojas hit his first homer of 2021, as he finished 2-for-3 with a home run, a walk, one RBI and three runs scored in a 5-2 win over the Nationals on Sunday. Rojas put up a big performance during Spring Training, slashing .347/.405/.583 with four home runs in 24 games, but once the regular season began his bat went ice cold as he entered Sunday's contest 2-for-31 with nine strikeouts and six walks. Hopefully hitting his first home run will kickstart his offensive output and make him a solid middle-infield option in NL-only or deep-mixed leagues.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
