3 years agoMinnesota Twins right-handed pitcher Josh Winder (shoulder) made his first rehab outing at Triple-A St. Paul on Friday. He pitched just one inning and allowed three hits, one walk and two earned runs while striking out three. He also hit a batter in the inning. Winder has been sidelined since mid-May due to a shoulder impingement. He has shown some promise this year when given opportunities as a starter. He posted two straight quality starts to begin the month of May. Across 29.1 total innings in the majors this year, he has a 3.68 ERA and a 1.23 WHIP.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
