5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday came very close to his first triple-double of the season on Monday, finishing a 122-116 loss to Houston with 18 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds. Holiday had an awful shooting night, missing all seven attempts from deep and going 6-for-21 overall from the field. He also committed six of the team's 16 turnovers. Holiday has struggled to get going this season, as he's averaging only 14.6 points per game on 36.4 percent shooting. His struggles will likely continue in the next matchup against the Clippers and elite defender Patrick Beverley.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
