6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Jrue Holiday slotted back into the role of primary point guard during Saturday’s win over the Denver Nuggets. With Elfrid Payton back on the shelf, look for Holiday to continue to have opportunities to deliver performances like Saturday where he finished with 19 points, eight assists, three rebounds and three steals while firing up 19 shots. New Orleans is second in the league in scoring at 118.3 points per game, and Holiday has been the man pushing the pace.--Jesse Borek
