Juan Hernangomez Drills Career-High Six Three-Pointers
6 years agoDenver Nuggets small forward/power forward Juan Hernangomez posted 27 points, 13 rebounds and one assist in Wednesday's loss to the Spurs. The 23-year-old was 8-for-13 from the field, including a career-best six of seven from long distance, and 5-for-6 from the charity stripe. It was his third double-double in December and fourth this season. He set a personal-best in rebounds while tying a career high in points. Hernangomez has been up-and-down over his last six games and hasn't provided much else besides scoring and a few rebounds for the most part during this stretch. However, the third-year pro has shown the potential for big games so fantasy owners may want to ride him at least until Paul Millsap (foot) returns.
