2 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez (wrist) is officially back in the leadoff spot for the team's matchup against the Texas Rangers on Tuesday night. Rodriguez sat out each of the team's last four games due to left wrist soreness. All indications over the last 24 hours were that he would be back in action on Tuesday, and now he's officially slated to return -- barring a last minute scratch of course. The 21-year-old phenom had a fantastic first half of the 2022 season, slashing .275/.337/.477 with 16 home runs, 21 stolen bases, 52 RBI and 53 runs.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
