5 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Julius Randle went on an early scoring barrage during Monday’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, collecting 23 points in the first half en route to a season-high 30-point performance. Randle was aggressive to the tune of 12-for-17 shooting, tying his season best by knocking down three triples. In addition to the scoring, he added seven rebounds, four assists and two steals to deliver a dazzling effort as he continues to make the case to be the Knicks’ No. 1 scoring option on a nightly basis. His role in the offense is something owners can continue to monitor Tuesday when he faces Philadelphia.--Jesse Borek
