6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward Julius Randle was very close to his 12th double-double of the season on Sunday, finishing a 119-109 win over Charlotte with 13 points and nine rebounds. He played 21 minutes off the bench and shot 5-for-13 from the field. Randle was limited a bit by foul trouble and he also struggled to take care of the rock, turning it over four times. The former Laker gets to redeem himself quickly as the Pels are back out there on Monday against the Clippers. They have done well against power forwards this season, limiting them to 43.7 percent shooting, but they tend to struggle on the glass and this should give Randle another chance to flirt with a double-double.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
