Julius Randle's Second-Half Fantasy Outlook
7 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward/center Julius Randle is having a breakout season in his fourth year in the league. Randle is averaging 14.7 points per game to go along with nearly 56 percent shooting from the field, both career bests. After becoming intertwined in the team’s crowded front court and seeing his name in trade rumors before the deadline, Randle remained and has established himself as the main guy at the four spot, especially now that forward Larry Nance Jr. is out of the mix. With both Nance and guard Jordan Clarkson both finding new homes in Cleveland, Randle will have a bigger role in the team’s offense moving forward. If you were a fantasy owner who held on to him during tough times, congratulations. Things will get even better from here on out as long as he remains healthy, something that was an issue earlier in his career.
