6 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons released running back Justin Crawford during their roster cut down on Friday. Crawford had a mixed preseason, with 44 yards on 19 attempts. Crawford's best performance came in the fourth and final preseason game, when he had his only two rushes over 10 yards. Crawford had an outside shot of getting the Falcons final running back spot. However, the Falcons have decided to only carry three running backs on their roster to open the season, and Crawford is a casualty of that decision.--Ben Rolfe
