6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic had a solid outing on Wednesday night against the Boston Celtics, helping his team secure a win versus their Eastern Conference opposition. The Bosnian center scored 16 points alongside six rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocks. Nurkic scored his 16 points on 5-for-10 shooting from the field as well as a perfect 6-for-6 shooting from the line. Nurkic and the Blazers look to keep their winning going against Eastern Conference teams with a matchup against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night, a team that Nurkic scored 11 points and tallied nine boards against the last time out.--Matthew.McGough
