6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic played tremendously against the Brooklyn Nets Thursday night. Nurkic scored 27 points shooting 10-of-15 from the floor and 7-of-8 from the charity stripe. In addition to Nurkic's scoring production, he also had 12 boards and three blocks. In the last five contests, Nurkic has really stepped it up averaging 17.4 points and 9.6 rebounds a game. Next, up for the Blazers and Nurkic are the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday. Based on the injury report 76ers superstar center Joel Embiid will be out Saturday so Nurkic may be a solid DFS option.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
