4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic (wrist, calf) is out Thursday against the Miami Heat, but plans to play Friday against the Orlando Magic. Nurkic has been recovering from a fractured wrist he sustained on January 14th and could have returned earlier, but picked up a calf injury while ramping up his conditioning. This is great news for Nurkic fantasy managers as he is expected to hit the ground running once he returns. Enes Kanter will take the biggest hit after being one of this year's waiver wire gems.
