6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic had his way with the Charlotte Hornets during Sunday’s victory, finishing with 26 points and 15 rebounds in 29 minutes of action. While he shot 8-for-13 from the field, his afternoon was made dominant by his 10-for-11 performance from the free-throw stripe. In addition, he added six assists and two steals, delivering one of his overall best outings of the year. He draws a match-up against the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday, who have held him to single-digits in each of their first two meeting this season, along with allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing centers in 2018-19.--Jesse Borek
