6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic could only connect on 4-for-16 shooting while also having some foul trouble in his club's 11-point win on Thursday. Nurkic still managed 16 points as he was an excellent 8-for-8 from the line and added nine rebounds with an assist to go along with three blocks, but fouled out in 23 minutes of action. Nurkic is only getting 24.8 minutes a night this season but is still producing top-65 numbers and if his shot from downtown starts to fall consistently, we could see Nurkic still take a leap this season.--Gianni Costantiello
