7 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic was again outmatched and could not get things going against the New Orleans Pelicans in Game 3. Nurkic was not a factor, shooting just 2-for-7 from the field while notching just five points in 20 minutes. Nurkic was able to salvage his night by adding seven rebounds, a couple assists and two steals. Anthony Davis has been a nightmare matchup for the Bosnian big man, and Nurkic is likely to see his role reduced even more in Game 4, as he has become nearly unplayable in this series. We may see some more of Meyers Leonard or Zach Collins in Game 4, and Nurkic should be completely avoided in Saturday's contest.--Gianni Costantiello
