7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns had an amazing game Friday going up against the Boston Celtics. Towns scored 25 points, going 9-for-16 from the floor, and also hit all six free throw attempts as well. Towns also pulled down 23 rebounds and had two blocks to round out the game against the Celtics. This was Towns' 32nd double-double of the season, which leads the NBA. This was also the first time this year that Towns has eclipsed the 20-rebound plateau in a single game this season. To further highlight the solid play of Towns, this was also the ninth straight game that he had at least a 50 percent field goal percentage.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
