7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns played exceptionally well Sunday versus the Golden State Warriors. Towns scored 31 points, going 13-for-24 from the field. Towns also had 16 boards. Since the first of February, Towns has been a double-double machine, getting one in 13 of 15 contests. The next matchup for the KAT and the Timberwolves is the Washington Wizards on Tuesday. Towns will mostly be guarded by Wizards center Marcin Gortat, who has the 23rd best defensive real plus-minus, so Towns might not replicate the same kind of performance he had on Sunday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
