3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns (tailbone) and power forward Jaden McDaniels (illness) have both been deemed questionable to play in Friday's game against Brooklyn. Towns took a scary fall during Wednesday's loss to the Wizards, but X-rays of his lower back came back negative. McDaniels has missed each of the past two games due to an illness, with Jarred Vanderbilt holding down the four spot in his absence. If Towns is forced to be held out Friday, Naz Reid would be propelled into near chalk territory in DFS; if there is a multi-game absence for the two-time All-Star, Reid would be worth a short-term stream in all season-long formats.
