4 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns had a fine evening against Memphis on Friday, notching a game-high 30 points and 16 rebounds in a 120-108. He added two assists, one steal and one block with 11-for-25 shooting from the field. KAT hurt his efficiency badly with a 1-for-8 effort from three-point range. He was a perfect 7-for-7 at the foul line. The Timberwolves have no time off as they are set to battle with Philadelphia on Saturday. It's a tough matchup for everybody on the roster, with Philly ranking second in defensive efficiency. The next outing against Sacramento will be a much better spot to perform, as it's a meeting with a team that is ranked 30th in defensive efficiency.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
