5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 23 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, three triples, and a block in a 113-101 victory over the San Antonio Spurs. Towns summed up his season in one play, blocking a shot on one end then finishing with an and-one layup on the other end. The 24-year-old has been absolutely on fire from three, making four a game at a 44.4 percent clip- the only other player to put up numbers like that in a season was Stephen Curry. When you consider the fact that he contributes in nearly every category, it's not hard to see why he was a coveted pick this year. His only bugaboo is turnovers, though they've seemingly been happening to every player with how fast-paced the league has been.--Tim Capurso
