Karl-Anthony Towns Struggles With Shot In Loss
5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 23 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, one steal and one block in Monday's 137-126 loss against the Raptors. The 24-year-old managed to post a solid all-around line despite the rough night shooting wise, as the two-time All-Star went just 5-for-13 from field goal range in 36 minutes — his fifth worst field-goal percentage in a game this season. Towns has made at least three three-pointers in five of the past seven games, while posting five consecutive double-doubles to begin the month of February. Towns has posted early-round fantasy value as one of the best centers in all fantasy formats, and should be started on a nightly basis for his elite production across the board.
