4 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard recorded his fifth double-double of the season in a loss to the Nuggets. Leonard poured in 24 points with 12 boards, four assists, two three-pointers, a pair of steals, and a block in 39 minutes. The two-time Finals MVP has been his usual two-way menace over the last month, as he has scored 20-plus points with at least one steal in 12 of his last 14 contests. Leonard will get a couple of days off before a showdown with the shorthanded Lakers on Sunday. He had 26 points with two steals against them on Opening Night.--Tim Capurso
