5 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard scored 25 points with nine rebounds, four assists, two triples, and a steal in a 122-117 loss to the Houston Rockets. It wasn't his sharpest performance, considering only eight of his 25 points came in the second half, plus he committed five turnovers. It's a testament to how talented Leonard is that this performance is deemed passable. The 28-year-old has shot a career-low 45.2 percent from the field this season but has made up for it with career-highs in rebounds, 7.9, and assists, 4.9. Leonard and the Clippers will next play on Saturday night against his old team, the San Antonio Spurs, one of the league's worst defensive teams this year.--Tim Capurso
