6 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard/small forward Kawhi Leonard posted an excellent line to lead his short-handed squad to the 13-point win over the Lakers on Thursday. Leonard scored 25 points on 8-for-20 shooting and added eight rebounds with four assists and two steals on the night. Leonard also drained five makes from deep and has made eight total triples in his last two games. With the Raptors missing a few bodies in this one and will again be short-handed on Sunday when his club faces the Pistons, Leonard could be worth a look as he should have another heavy workload.--Gianni Costantiello
