5 years agoLos Angeles Clippers small forward Kawhi Leonard had 26 points, six assists, and four rebounds in a 134-109 over the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday night. He tied his season-high by getting to the free throw line 12 times and sinking 10 of those attempts. Leonard has scored at least 24 points in five of his seven games this month but his scoring has taken a dip with Paul George entering the Clippers lineup. Nothing to worry about though as he contributes in almost all categories and can make up for a lower than normal scoring night with other stats. The Clippers play three games on the road against Dallas, Memphis, and San Antonio before returning home against the Wizards in Week 6. As is always the case with Leonard, he may sit one of those games for load management reasons.--Euan Leith
