4 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard stayed hot in a 111-106 win over the Pelicans on Wednesday night. Leonard scored a team-high 28 points with nine assists, six boards, two triples, and two steals in 39 minutes. It wasn't one of his more efficient shooting nights, though he more than made up for that by knocking down 10 of 11 shot attempts from the charity stripe. The coaching staff seems intent on unleashing Leonard like never before this season, as he's gradually started to play back-to-backs and is averaging career-highs in minutes, 35.2, and assists, 6.0. Fantasy managers should be ecstatic as he gets a day off before Friday's juicy matchup with the Kings, the league's worst defensive team this year.--Tim Capurso
