Kelly Olynyk Goes 4-For-5 From Downtown
5 years agoMiami Heat power forward Kelly Olynyk had 13 points, seven rebounds, two steals, one assist and one block on Tuesday night. In a 109-89 loss to the Denver Nuggets, Olynyk finished second on the team in scoring and tied for second with seven rebounds. He also hit four three-pointers during his 24 minutes of playing time in the Mile High City. It didn't look like it would be Olynyk's night when teammate Meyers Leonard had 10 points in the first quarter, but Leonard picked up a flagrant foul in the third quarter and didn't see the court again. The 24 minutes for Olynyk were the second-most he has played all season. With the impressive outing in place of Leonard, fantasy managers should monitor his minutes going forward in case head coach Erik Spoelstra gives Olynyk more opportunities against the Suns and Lakers to close out Week 3.
