6 years agoWashington Wizards small forward Kelly Oubre Jr. saw some extended run off the bench with Otto Porter struggling with his shot and Markieff Morris (illness) a little green in the gills, but he could not seize the chance in Sunday's 136-104 loss against the Los Angeles Clippers. Oubre finished with just nine points over 26 minutes, going a dismal 2-for-12 from the field and 1-for-7 from behind the three-point line while pulling down four boards with an assist and three turnovers. He entered 22-for-36 (61.1 percent) from the floor over his past three outings, so chalk this up as just one bad outing. Oubre has seen his fantasy star rising in the past week.--Daniel Dobish
