Kelly Oubre Jr. Scores 17 Points On Six Shots
7 years agoWashington Wizards small forward Kelly Oubre Jr. was highly efficient Saturday in the overtime win over the Brooklyn Nets. Oubre led the bench with 17 points on 5-for-6 shooting with three rebounds, an assist and a steal in 29 minutes. Oubre has now quietly strung together four straight double-digit scoring efforts. While coming off the bench, Oubre won't necessarily help in any specific area, but he won't hurt either. Oubre's fantasy potential remains limited while behind starter Otto Porter on the depth chart. Oubre can be used as a 10- or 12-team streamer with his ability to make small contributions in all categories on any given night, with his season-long value limited to deeper leagues.
