6 years agoCharlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker was relatively quiet during Wednesday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, finishing with 15 points on 6-for-16 shooting in 30 minutes of action. It’s the second straight quiet showing from Walker, who is struggling mightily from three over his last four contests (3-for-23). Walker entered the night with the second most three-point attempts this season, so it’s unlikely that he slows down anytime soon, including for Friday’s showdown with the Denver Nuggets, who are holding opponents to 31 percent shooting from deep, the lowest rate in the league.--Jesse Borek
